• in syndicate or bilateral medium/long-term financing transactions;
• in real estate, acquisition and project finance transactions;
• to banks and financial institutions in debt restructuring, both out-of-court contexts and in negotiated settlement procedures of the business crisis;
• in relation to the authorisation, execution and compliance of banking, financial services and payment services.
