Compliance toolbox and new items: whistleblowing for everyone March 6, 2020 h. 9.00 am, Piazza di Pietra 26 Rome

We held on Friday March 6th 2020 at 9.30 a.m. at our offices in Rome, Piazza di Pietra 26, the event organized in collaboration with the German Firm GSK, AIGI (Italian Association of Corporate and Business Lawyers), and with the participation of AITRA (Italian Transparency and Anti-corruption Association).

The meeting had the aim to provide an overview – through the gaze of two distinguished speakers with different perspectives – of compliance at an international level first, and provide some useful tools – thanks to the contribution of specialized lawyers and in-house counsels – to compare the impact that the general obligation, as required by the recent Directive 2019/1937 EU, to comply with a whistleblower program can have.
