Niccolò Ferretti attended the conference on ‘Main aspects of trademarks registration procedures and dispute settlement system in the light of the EU trademark reform’

L’Avv. Niccolò Ferretti attended the conference in Vilnius organized by The State Patent Bureau of Lithuania, together with EUIPO ‘European Union Intellectual Property Office’ with a speach on ‘The protection of 3D trade marks in the sector of apparel and fashion accessories. Exhaustion, parallel imports and selective distribution’.
