Alessandro F. Pilarski is specialized in corporate law – often in the context of extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions – as well as corporate and commercial litigation. He regularly advises clients also on commercial contracts and bankruptcy law issues. During his activity he has developed significant experience in highly regulated sectors, including energy and utilities, civil aviation, maritime navigation, betting and gaming and entertainment.
