Alice Cogliati Dezza specialises in tax law, providing assistance in pre-litigation procedures such as rulings and assessments by agreement and in tax litigation proceedings.
She has gained significant experience in tax and civil procedural law and in tax proceedings before the Court of Cassation, the Italian Supreme Court.
She provides counsel in relation to various business income and VAT matters with particular reference to transfer pricing, VAT fraud, abuse of law and tax avoidance. Alice also deals with issues specific to non-profit organisations.
She is the author of a number of publications; formerly a member of the editorial board of the ‘Giurisprudenza delle Imposte’ trade journal she is a regular contributor to Assonime’s Digest of case law (the association of Italian joint stock companies.
