Amedeo Della Croce is specialised in antitrust law, consumer protection, regulatory and competition aspects of tenders and concessions.
He has gained specific expertise in cartel and abuse of dominance proceedings, as well as unfair commercial practices before the Italian Competition Authority, the European Commission and the courts, and before civil courts in stand-alone and follow-on actions.
He provides assistance for the control of concentrations between undertakings, foreign direct investment, internal audits and antitrust compliance and self-cleaning programmes.
