Claudio Giordano works in the field of domestic, EU and international corporate tax law.
He has significant experience in transfer pricing, permanent establishments, and tax planning in the context of acquisitions and restructurings.
He provides counsel for VAT issues related to international trade and promotes a European study group involving VAT experts from independent law firms in different Member States.
He assists family businesses in restructuring their corporate governance also with a view to promoting generational continuity. In this field, he deals with succession planning also from the perspective of protecting family assets and has taken positions in supervisory bodies.
Qualified to practise before the Italian Supreme Court, he has extensive experience in tax litigation.
