She specialises in corporate law and business contracts. She assists clients in ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, in the purchase and sale of shareholdings and business units and supports private bankers and family offices in planning generational transitions and in wealth management.
She has acquired considerable experience in the management of civil, commercial and corporate litigation – including arbitration – assisting clients in banking and financial matters, in bankruptcy proceedings, in matters of inheritance law, debt securities and non-litigious cases.
