Fabio Liguori has over 20 years of experience in M&A, private equity and extraordinary finance transactions, as well as in international business law and international commercial arbitration, assisting Italian and multinational clients.
He has acted as counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations conducted under the main rules including those of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, UNCITRAL, London Court of International Arbitration, Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution, Netherlands Arbitration Institute, Associazione Italiana per l’Arbitrato and Milan Chamber of Commerce, in various jurisdictions, including France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Sweden and Italy.
He is a past research fellow at the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) and has taught European private law at the Free University of Bolzano and international trade law and arbitration at the LUISS School of Management.
He is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences abroad and is the author of numerous publications, in Italian and English, on issues of comparative law and international trade law.
