Practice
Fabrizio Maria Romano specializes in international business law, with a particular focus on the economic and legal dynamics between France and Italy. For over twenty years, he has been advising industrial groups and mid-sized companies (ETIs) on cross-border transactions and French investments in the Italian market.
In 2015, he founded IREFI (Institut pour les Relations Économiques France-Italie), where he currently serves as President. The Institute promotes dialogue and cooperation between companies and institutions from both countries, organizing meetings and initiatives in strategic sectors such as innovation, defense, energy, and transport infrastructure.
Among its most recent activities, IREFI stands out for its collaboration with Scientifica Venture Capital on the “Super Sapiens Europe” project, aimed at creating an Italian-French innovation ecosystem and fostering synergies between startups, investors, and major industrial groups.
