Federico Gioffrè focuses on business, corporate and M&A law issues.
He assists Italian and international clients in the purchase and sale of shareholdings and companies, as well as in the preparation of corporate and commercial contracts.
He has worked with leading Italian and international law firms and in 2014 obtained a Master in Law from the University of Pennsylvania.
He is a member of AIJA, International Association of Young Lawyers.
