Gianmatteo Nunziante mainly advises national and multinational companies on commercial and corporate law matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including those with cross-border implications. He has advised numerous companies and financial investors, including in corporate litigation and corporate governance matters.
He assists clients with an international mindset, also by organising – in collaboration with local diplomatic representatives – meetings aimed at encouraging the development of investments in developing countries and emerging markets.
He has gained specialist knowledge in various sectors of the economy by assisting companies operating in the energy, IT and infrastructure sectors.
He has specific knowledge of the Turkish business system and market, counting among his clients Turkish companies operating in Italy and vice versa.
