Practice
Ilaria De Santis focuses on Competition Law and Administrative Law, as well as unfair business practices before the Antitrust Authority (AGCM), and the Administrative Courts. She also provides assistance with reference to merger control, foreign direct investment, internal audits, and antitrust compliance and self-cleaning programs.
She graduated cum laude from the bilingual course in Law at LUMSA in Rome with a thesis in Competition Law entitled “The Digital Giants: challenges for competition law in Europe and the U.S.,” written entirely in English.
In 2022, she received a Master’s degree with highest honors in Competition Law and Innovation, from LUISS Guido Carli, with a thesis on artificial intelligence, metaverse and antitrust regulation.
