A specialist in the real estate sector, Ruben Pescara assists leading professional operators – both Italian and international – in acquisition and dismissal transactions (both in the form of asset deals and share deals), in structuring projects, including joint ventures, and for the management of assets and real estate portfolios (drafting and negotiation of asset, property and facility management contracts, construction and redevelopment contracts and lease agreements).
He leads the real estate team, which operates in the different sectors of the real estate market, including office, residential, hotel and commercial properties (high-street properties, shopping malls and retail parks), assisting clients both in transactions and on a day-by-day management basis.
