He works in the field of antitrust, consumer protection, regulation and competition aspects of tenders and concessions.
He assists companies in various industries in foreign direct investment investigations; in merger control, abuse of dominance, antitrust, and consumer protection proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority (AGCM) and the European Commission, and in proceedings before the Italian Communications Regulatory Authority (AGCOM) and the Transport Authority (ART), and in related litigation, as well as before civil courts in stand-alone and follow-on actions.
He provides assistance for the preparation of antitrust compliance and self-cleaning programmes and advice on cooperation, distribution, joint venture and licensing agreements.
