The insurance law team provides legal, regulatory and specialised litigation advice in relation to insurance and financial matters, including dealings with the Bank of Italy, Consob, IVASS and Covip, as well as in legal proceedings before the Civil and Administrative Courts, with continuous case-law monitoring on the subject.

• in dealings with supervisory and regulatory authorities, including in the area of extraordinary transactions and inspections;
• in contractual matters, including life and non-life insurances;
• in the area of civil, professional and medical liability;
• in judicial protection against measures, including sanctions, of the supervisory and regulatory bodies of the competent Authorities;
• in assistance to companies in boards of directors.
