Postponement of the term for the approval of the financial statements

Please note that, pursuant to article 106, par. 1, Law Decree no. 18 of 17 March 2020, in force as of yesterday, the General Meeting called to approve the financial statements at 31 December 2019 can be convened within the extended term of 180 days and, therefore, within the 29 June 2020.
