Lorenzo Lamberti carries out professional assignments in matters of public law and administrative law for public institutions and entities, both national and local, public companies, public law organisations and private businesses.
The in- and out-of-court assistance regards, inter alios, health law, the regulation of local public services (energy, waste, transport), cultural heritage, territorial planning and development and construction, as well as the legal profiles of the organisation and operation of the public administrations (transparency, administrative proceedings, anti-corruption, public employment contracts).
He provides legal assistance at the bodies of administrative justice (the regional administrative court and the Council of State) and ordinary courts at all levels.
His work has also involved, and continues to do so, the legal aspects connected with the establishment and operation of mixed public/private companies and partnerships (PPPs) as well as participations in and the management of European and national public financing tenders.
