The information presented therein is provided only regarding this Website and the processing carried out by the Firm, and do not cover other websites that may be visited by the user through any links, in relation to which the Studio assumes no responsibility or liability.
Types of processed data and processing purposes
1) Browsing data
The IT systems used to operate this Website collect, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit while using the Internet communication protocol. These are the data directly provided by the users/visitors to contact the Firm and to use the interactive activities offered by the Website, in particular in the following areas:

- Application form (Name, Surname, Email, telephone number, graduation year and final mark and CV);
- Corporate Social Responsibility Project form (Name, Surname, Email, telephone number and project file)
The above personal data will be processed exclusively to manage and respond to the user/visitor’s request, the contractual and pre-contractual execution constituting the legal basis of these processings.
The Firm invites the users/visitors not to submit any sensitive data (i.e., personal data allowing the disclosure of racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation), because, without consent, the Firm is not allowed to process such data and should erase them.
