The privacy and IT team operates in a variety of areas, from CRM and marketing-related activities, to contracts and forms, the conducting of business audits and litigation procedures.

We provide assistance and advice to clients:

• in customer base management, the development of innovative profiling and advanced CRM and digital marketing systems, and transnational data transfers;
• in the legal and technical preparation and implementation of Apps, websites and IT platforms (including e-commerce and wearable devices);
• in conducting business audits and drafting internal policies and forms, as well as in procedures and litigation regarding authorisations and infringements conducted by competent Authorities (AGCM (Italian Competition Authority) procedures for unfair commercial practices, violation of consumer rights and misleading and comparative advertising, as well as appeals and sanctioning procedures of the Data Protection Authority) and before administrative and ordinary courts;
• on issues related to the processing of employees’ personal data through corporate devices, whistleblowing programmes and video surveillance, geolocation and biometric systems.
