The new “Crisis and Insolvency Code” entered into force

With no further deferral of the entry into force of the Legislative Decree no. 14 of 12 January 2019 (the new Crisis and Insolvency Code, “New Code”), on July 15, 2022 the New Code entered into force. The New Code will be replacing the Bankruptcy Law, applying the general guidelines set forth by the Italian Parliament with Law no. 155/2017.
