Fabio Brembati specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.
He carries out M&A and restructuring activities, working in the field of business law with a specific, but not exclusive, focus on aerospace, defence, IT, banking and finance, and large projects.
He deals with Italian and foreign clients; particularly appreciated for his extremely honed negotiation skills, he comes from a leading international law firm where he gained thirty years of experience as an Equity Partner; he joined Nunziante Magrone in 2020.
A native speaker of French and Italian with a French background, he has developed a specific expertise in transactions involving French-speaking jurisdictions.
