Giulia assiste de grandes entreprises italiennes et étrangères dans le domaine du droit du travail (ses intérêts couvrent de nombreux aspects du droit du travail : droit syndical, de la santé et de la sécurité sur le lieu de travail) et droit social.
Elle a acquis une vaste expérience dans la gestion des relations avec les dirigeants, y compris les licenciements pour motifs organisationnels ou disciplinaires, les rémunérations des dirigeants de sociétés cotées et opérant sur les marchés réglementés, mais aussi dans les processus de réorganisation et de restructuration, d’externalisation, de transferts collectifs et de conventions collectives.
Elle assiste ses clients même en justice, en les représentant devant les différentes cours italiennes, toujours pour des questions de droit du travail.
