Il exerce principalement une activité de conseil en matière de droit commercial et d’entreprise auprès de sociétés nationales et multinationales, dans le cadre d’opérations de fusion et d’acquisition, même lorsque celles-ci ont des incidences transfrontalières. Il a assisté un grand nombre de sociétés et d’investisseurs financiers, également en matière de contentieux et de gestion d’entreprise.
Il accompagne ses clients ayant le souhait de se développer à l’international, également en organisant – en collaboration avec des représentants diplomatiques locaux – des rencontres visant à favoriser le développement des investissements dans des pays en voie de développement et sur les marchés émergents.
Il a acquis une expertise dans les différents secteurs de l’économie, en assistant des entreprises actives dans les secteurs de l’énergie, de l’IT et des infrastructures.
Il possède une connaissance spécifique du système entrepreneurial et du marché turc, et compte parmi ses clients des sociétés turques actives en Italie et inversement.
