Il s’occupe de droit fiscal des entreprises, national, communautaire et international.
Il a acquis une expérience significative en matière de pratique des prix de transfert, d’établissements stables et de planification fiscale dans le cadre d’opérations d’acquisition et de réorganisation.
Il fournit son assistance pour des questions liées à la TVA dans le cadre du commerce international et promeut un groupe d’études européen auquel participent des experts en matière de TVA provenant de cabinets d’avocats indépendants des différents États membres.
Il assiste des entreprises familiales dans la structuration de la gouvernance d’entreprise, ainsi que dans une optique de continuité générationnelle. Dans ce domaine, il s’occupe de planification successorale, mais aussi de protection du patrimoine familial. Il occupe également certaines fonctions au sein d’organismes de surveillance.
